Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service time will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 0-23 hours before your scheduled service time will not receive a refund. Rescheduling must be made 48 hours or more in advance of the schedule service time in order to use your deposit on the rescheduled service. Rescheduling will only take place within 7 days of the previously scheduled service. Any rescheduling greater than seven days will forfeit their deposit and will require a new deposit in order to book a new service date. You are only allowed to reschedule a service once; any rescheduling made more than one time will require a new deposit.
